Bespoke Mini ERP for a Premium Land Rover Restoration Workshop

The workshop was running a premium, long-duration restoration operation with no infrastructure to support it. Stock management was chaotic, with staff spending excessive time locating parts. Critically, the business had zero visibility into the actual profitability of each individual vehicle restoration project.

AITOM designed and built a custom Mini ERP tailored entirely to the unique workflow of high-end vehicle restoration. The system covers the full operational lifecycle: visual inventory management, project-level cost and profit tracking, an integrated billing and quoting engine, and a reliable local deployment via Docker.
